Cheryl Skolnick began her Real Estate career in 1984 as an agent in Riverside, California where she achieved the $4 million mark in sales her first year.  In 1986 Cheryl moved up to manage an office in Moreno Valley.  Within two years her vision and management skills grew a staff of six into one of 90, rising in the process to number one is sales. 

Moving to head up the North Tustin office brought more challenges and success.  Cheryl was involved in training hundreds of agents and management personnel as part of the company's Education Board.  She's a Fine Homes specialist and is E certified.  She's handled builder close outs, new home tract sales, REO's and extensive short sale/loss mitigation.  In addition, Cheryl is a relocation specialist, has been Vice President of Sales and is currently a Real Estate Broker.

David's extensive experience as a general contractor and concrete contractor allows him a unique perspective into the Real Estate business most agents don't have.  As a licensed agent, his expertise and advice on the home itself - the construction, foundation, materials, etc. - is an invaluable asset to someone about to make the single most important purchase of their lives.
